Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, technical reports, Control Plans, PFMEA, Work Instructions, and Check Sheets.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
- Assist in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 external audits as well as internal audits, ensuring timely closure of non‑conformities.
- Perform and support process and product audits, including customer‑specific audits.
- Engage in Gemba management, including rejection analysis, breakdown handling, and daily production issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams to enhance overall process reliability.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and Quality Circles.
