Position: Injection Manager
Location: Amata City Chonburi
Total Salary: Up to 80,000 THB/Month (Depending on experience)

Job Description:.
• Production & Operations Management:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation (manpower, machines, and
materials).
- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and machine utilization.
• Technical & Quality Control:
- Supervise machine parameter settings and mold setups to ensure product consistency.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex defects (e.g., flash, short shots, sink marks).
- Maintain strict compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Analyze "Non-Good" (NG) data and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintenance & Engineering:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team for Preventive Maintenance (PM) of injection
machines and molds.
- Review mold designs and participate in new product trials (Trial Run/Mass Pro).
• Cost & Process Improvement:
- Drive Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing projects to reduce cycle time and material scrap.
- Manage the department budget and control operational costs.
• People Leadership:
o Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of supervisors and operators.
- Develop and implement Training Matrices to enhance the technical skills of the team.
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce 5S and Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Plastic, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Injection Molding manufacturing.
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of injection molding machines and robotic systems.
• Language Proficiency:
- English: Reporting and internal communication.
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, leadership
