POSITION: TECHNICAL SERVICE SPECIALIST – Chemical for Packaging
Business: Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Bangkok
Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 THB
About the Role
Our client, a global leader in packaging chemicals, is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to support customers across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on providing technical troubleshooting, product application support, and on-site assistance for chemical solutions used in packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical service and troubleshooting for customers in the packaging industry.
- Support product trials, application testing, and equipment performance evaluations.
- Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer requirements.
- Travel within Southeast Asia as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
- Experience in technical service, application support, or product engineering (packaging/chemical industry preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with regional customers.
- Willingness to travel within SEA.
