About the Role

Our client, a global leader in packaging chemicals, is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to support customers across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on providing technical troubleshooting, product application support, and on-site assistance for chemical solutions used in packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical service and troubleshooting for customers in the packaging industry.
• Support product trials, application testing, and equipment performance evaluations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer requirements.
• Travel within Southeast Asia as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
• Experience in technical service, application support, or product engineering (packaging/chemical industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with regional customers.
• Willingness to travel within SEA.
