大手日系ITコンサルティングファームのAPACオフィス（シンガポール）での採用となります。
シンガポールを拠点に、東南アジアの日系企業向けDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）を推進するポジションです。
単なるERP導入ではなく、経営・業務課題に深く入り込み、海外拠点を含む最適な業務・システム設計を実現します。
導入プロジェクトのリーダーとして、計画策定から実行まで一貫してリードしていただきます。
予算・スケジュール策定、タスク定義、進捗／課題管理
ステークホルダーへの報告・合意形成のリード
クライアント業務の理解
業務フロー設計、Odoo標準機能を前提としたFit to Standard推進
クライアント、自社、オフショアなど多国籍メンバーとのコミュニケーション推進
JOB REQUIREMENTS
クライアントのビジネス・業務に深く踏み込み、予算とシステム開発要件の間の折衝、
利害関係の調整を進め、クライアントとの信頼関係を築ける能力・経験（特にグローバル環境での）ITプロジェクトのリード経験。プロジェクトの実行・推進だけでなく、
スケジュール・タスク・課題管理方法、会議体、成果物定義等PJの企画・計画立案の経験も含む顧客とステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを行うために流暢な英語と日本語能力
