PR/160083 | ISLAMIC BANKING MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the development and enhancement of Islamic finance products, especially Treasury & Global Markets offerings while ensuring full compliance with Shariah, regulatory, and internal standards. 

• Lead end‑to‑end product development processes, including preparing proposals, drafting policies and procedures, coordinating with Treasury, Global Markets, Shariah, Legal, and other internal stakeholders. 

• Support deal execution by reviewing legal documentation such as ISDA/IIFM TMA schedules and transaction confirmations to ensure Shariah alignment for Islamic hedging and financing structures. 

• Provide structuring support, prepare marketing materials, and participate in client/internal negotiations to ensure commercial terms comply with Islamic finance principles. 

• Strengthen product governance, support audits and Shariah reviews, enhance operational controls, and assist in department‑wide strategic initiatives and action plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:- 

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Islamic Banking, with at least 10 years of experience in Islamic corporate or commercial banking, particularly in product development or reviewing Islamic treasury documentation such as ISDA and ISDA‑TMA. 

• Familiar with treasury management systems, accounting processes, and hands-on experience in structuring, developing, and executing Islamic financial transactions in compliance with Shariah requirements

   

• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and engage effectively with stakeholders
