JAC's client is a newly established factory based in Ho Nai, Dong Nai. 

Job Responsibilities

Inventory reporting & financial control: 

• Centralize position to control reporting from Material to Finance 

• Preparing FCST, Budget, ACCP and month-end inventory data according to the financial calendar 

• Ensure accurate reporting and continuous coordination with central Finance team 

Inventory Data management and communication:

• Build, maintain, and communicate inventory data across the organization through: FCST, Budget, and end-of-month values 

• Support other departments in understanding inventory metrics and variances 

• Provide clear visibility of the situation of businesses, related to inventory, material cost and business performance 

Supply chain parameter review and optimization:

• Review and optimize supply chain parameters in order to reduce inventory levels

• Support for the control of the safety stocks parameter according to flexibility 

• Balance service level, flexibility and inventory reduction while avoiding obsolescence

• Review interaction within products & focus in the optimization of inventories

Process improvement and tool development:

• Develop and improve local tools to react to market demands, reducing the risk to increase inventories of the entire supply chain 

• Meet the financial calendar with the information of the inventories and ODC 

• Implement corrective actions for inventory or cost deviations

Forecast, budget, and cash flow support:

Job Requirement

• 2-3 years of experience 

• English communication 

• Technical skills : Inventory management and stock control, forecasting, and budgeting

• Tools/Software: SAP/MES experience
