グローバルグループ方針に基づき、日本法人における経理・財務およびIT関連業務を統括していただきます。
経営陣の意思決定を支える財務情報の提供や、事業状況に応じた手順・プロセスの整備を通じて、安定した事業運営と企業価値向上に貢献するポジションです。
主な業務内容
経理・財務およびIT部門全体の統括・マネジメント
社長およびシニアマネジメントへの財務・経理面での助言
事業計画、予算策定、定期的な予測および業績モニタリング
日本およびリージョン・グローバル向け財務レポーティング
税務戦略の立案、法人税・消費税等の申告および税務調査対応
運転資金・与信管理およびキャッシュフロー管理
会計基準に準拠した会計プロセス・システムの構築と運用
固定資産管理方針・手順の策定
ITマネージャー業務の監督(リージョナルITとの連携)
組織目標(KPI含む)の設定・評価および人材育成
安全・5S・継続的改善活動の推進
Oversee finance, accounting, and IT functions for the Japan business
Work closely with senior leadership to support business planning and execution
Overview
This role is responsible for leading finance, accounting, and IT operations for the Japan entity in alignment with global group policies.
You will support executive decision-making through accurate financial analysis, robust reporting, and the development of effective processes that enable stable and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage finance, accounting, and IT functions in Japan
Advise the President and senior management on financial matters
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
Deliver financial reporting to Japan, regional, and global stakeholders
Develop and execute tax strategies and manage statutory filings and audits
Manage working capital, credit control, and cash flow
Establish and maintain accounting processes in line with local and global standards
Define and manage fixed asset policies and procedures
Supervise IT operations in collaboration with regional IT teams
Set team objectives, monitor KPIs, and develop talent
Promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

経理・財務の専門性とマネジメント力を兼ね備えた方
応募資格
経理・財務領域での実務経験10年以上
原価計算を含む幅広い会計実務の経験
ERPを用いた経理業務経験5年以上
チームマネジメント経験5年以上
日本語および英語での業務コミュニケーション能力
経営視点を持ち、関係部門と連携しながら業務を推進できる方
歓迎スキル・経験
CPA(日本または海外)資格、または同等の知識
IFRSおよび日本基準双方への理解
製造業または中規模企業での経理経験
IT・業務プロセス改善に関わった経験
人材育成や組織づくりに積極的に関わってきた方
A finance leader with strong technical expertise and people management skills
Requirements
10+ years of experience in finance and accounting
Broad accounting experience including cost accounting
Minimum 5 years of ERP-based accounting experience
At least 5 years of people management experience
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
CPA qualification (Japan or overseas) or equivalent knowledge
Solid understanding of IFRS and Japanese GAAP
Experience in manufacturing or mid-sized organizations
Exposure to IT operations or process improvement initiatives
Strong interest in developing teams and building sustainable organizations
