職務内容
- 電話・チャット・CRM を通じたお客様対応（Inbound / Outbound）
- 取引プラットフォーム・金融商品に関する問い合わせ対応
- エスカレーション対応 および 関連部門との連携
- 入出金・振替に関するサポート
- お客様データ管理・アカウント更新業務
条件・待遇
- 雇用形態：正社員（入社後 6か月：契約社員 → 正社員登用）
- 勤務地：東京都心
- 勤務形態：月〜金（週1回在宅可）
- 年収：〜750万円 + インセンティブ制
