【Current Challenges of Our Cloud / DevOps Engineer Team（Technical Lead）】

We’re hiring our very first Cloud / DevOps Engineer. With our product and business already in motion, we’re now entering the next growth stage—where you’ll design our cloud foundation and operational processes from the ground up and continuously improve them as we scale. This role sits at the heart of our expansion, giving you the opportunity to support product growth from the “infrastructure backbone” and build the systems together with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructures using best practices.
• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for consistent, repeatable deployments.
• Engineer automated CI/CD pipelines with built-in testing, security scanning, and release controls.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and forensic strategies for business continuity.
• Support security and compliance initiatives (GDPR / ISO 27001 / EU AI Act) through technical implementation, automation, and documentation
  ※ Compliance strategy, audits, and final responsibility are handled by dedicated specialists or external partners. Optimize cloud performance and costs through monitoring, metrics, and fine-tuning.
• Apply robust security principles across systems, code, and networks.
• Develop dashboards and alerting systems to drive visibility, reliability, and proactive operations.

【Required (MUST)】

• 4+ years of experience as a Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineer in production environments.
• Deep AWS expertise with a strong grasp of services, architecture, and cost optimization.
• Advanced Terraform skills (modules, remote backends, state management).
• Strong background in Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud and web environments.
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, EKS/ECS).

【Preferred (WANT)】

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security/Compliance Specialty).
• Experience working with ISO 27001 or other security/compliance frameworks from a technical perspective.
• Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and clean documentation.
• Experience working in the Battery Industry.
