外国籍の方の登録が全体の約4割を占めている為、ご自身の言語力（英語・中国語・その他言語）を活かす事ができます。
〈候補者と面談を実施して、企業への提案・マッチングを行う〉
候補者：主要スカウト媒体 や SNS、リファーラル、自社 DB の人材をご対応いただきます。
30代後半～50代後半のミドル・シニアクラスの候補者が中心です。
候補者にマッチする企業を推薦し、最終的な意思決定までサポートをしていただきます。
