【業務内容】
海外グループ会社（主に海外現地法人）の管理、支援等の業務
・グループ会社の事業進捗モニタリング（対計画達成度の確認・分析等）
・グループ会社の事業計画、決算予想の取りまとめ、月例報告
・グループ会社のリスク把握、運営体制の整備支援
・経営幹部および社内関連部署との連携及び調整
【働き方】
現地法人スタッフとのコミュニケーション（英語メール、Webミーティング）が発生します。
また、必要に応じて年に1～2回の短期の海外出張（１～２週間）があります。
※ご希望によっては、将来的に海外子会社への出向・駐在の可能性もあります。
