【業務内容】
・階層別研修・グローバル研修の企画・運営
・育成プログラムの企画・設計・立ち上げ
・研修効果測定や育成施策の改善
・育成データの分析・活用（データドリブンでの企画推進）
■出張：1回／月
■リモート：週2回
