＜業務内容＞
スズキ株式会社次世代モビリティサービスの新規事業を、事業性の観点から成長・黒字化へ導く役割を担っていただきます。複数の新規事業を横断的にマネジメントし、事業の継続的な成長と収益化を実現するための戦略立案や実行をお任せします。
＜担当いただく具体的な内容＞
各新規事業プロジェクト、いわば「社内ベンチャー」の成長を支援し、事業性を評価しながら、収益モデルや事業計画の策定を行っていただきます。また、事業の収益化や黒字化に向けた戦略を立案し、実行まで責任を持って推進していただきます。
本部横断で事業の進捗や数値を管理し、必要に応じてKPIの設計や見直しも行います。役員や関係者に対して、事業計画や事業価値、会社への貢献などの説明を行い、チームや他部門と連携しながら、各新規事業および本部全体の成長をリードしていただくことを期待しています。机上業務ばかりで上段に構えることなく、各事業担当と一緒に泥臭く行動して実績を出す方を望みます。
