グループの本社法務・コンプライアンス部門として、健全かつ競争力ある経営・事業推進を支えていただきます。特にグローバルや新規分野での事業拡大で直面する、様々な事業リスク・取引リスク・コンプライアンスリスクを効果的にマネージし、グループの成長に貢献いただきます。
・契約書審査
・作成、法律相談対応
・プロジェクト推進支援（新規事業、M Aなど）
・訴訟
・紛争対応
・コンプライアンス施策（教育・啓発、コンプライアンス関連社内ルールの策定・管理、有事対応など）
・グループ会社の法務・コンプライアンス部門との連携・統括（都度の連携、定例会議、グローバル会議など）
・その他法務・コンプライアンス関連の業務全般
（※上記はいずれも国内・海外両方）
【環境】
・週3 4回程度リモートワークの利用が可能
※業務によっては出社を依頼する日もございます
・部署の半数以上がキャリア採用です
