■ポジション概要
サービスマネージャーとして、千葉拠点のサービス関連業務全般を担当。
2名の技術者と2名の倉庫スタッフからなる計4名のチームを率い、本社（海外）との構造的なコミュニケーションを図り、プロセスの最適化やサービス提供の革新を推進。
インハウス業務が100％で、フィールド（現場）作業はありません。
■主な業務内容
●本社（海外）との連携：サービス関連の主要窓口として対応
●チームリーダーシップ：4名のチームをリードし、モチベート
●技術サービス管理：設置、保守、修理業務の監督
●スペアパーツ管理：発注、在庫管理、物流管理
●クラウドシステム運用：接続型サービスプラットフォームの運用およびサポート
●新規ビジネスモデルの開発：革新的なサービスコンセプトの立案
●顧客対応：迅速かつプロフェッショナルに課題解決を行う
