本社にて、経験・適性に応じて、グループの法務業務をご担当いただきます
【主な業務内容】
・事業遂行に係る英文契約書を含む各種契約書の作成・審査等及び法律相談
（※約70～80件/月 和文9：英文1）
・M A及び事業遂行に係る一般法令の調査、研究及び指導
（※年による変動はあるが、海外出資案件（過半数未満の株式取得案件）も含め５～10件/年程度）
・株主総会運営の法的支援及び法定書類の作成等
※会社方針や従業員の適性その他の理由により、会社の定める業務への異動を命じることがあります。

・法務に関する専門知識・経験を有し、コミュニケーション能力のある方
・M Aを含む企業法務、英文契約書等の契約審査業務経験が通算5年以上
・水産・食品業界に興味がある方（海外含む）
【必須条件】
・M A案件の担当経験及び英文契約書の契約審査経験（通算5年以上）
【歓迎条件】
・海外M A経験者
・読み書きを中心として、英語に堪能な方（目安としてTOEIC800点以上）
