【具体的な業務内容】
・契約書の検討・交渉
・投融資案件の審査
・紛争解決、訴訟・仲裁管理
・担保取得・債権回収
・コーポレートガバナンス及びグループガバナンスの推進
・弁護士事務所の選定・起用・評価
・知的財産権の管理
・法令調査
・コンプライアンスの仕組みづくり、危機対応
・研修の企画・運営
・リーガルテックの導入
国内外の投融資案件に係る法的スキームの構築・契約書作成・交渉等の支援その他リーガルリスク対応、訴訟・仲裁案件の戦略立案・遂行、コーポレート法務、コンプライアンス対応等。本人の希望や適性を踏まえ、海外現地法人・国内外事業会社への出向の可能性もあり

Required Skills
＜必須応募要件＞
（１）弁護士事務所や大手企業法務部において上記職務内容記載の業務を5年～10年程度経験し、海外M A・投資・プロジェクト・訴訟・仲裁のいずれかに精通している。
（２）日本・米国等の弁護士資格を保有し、またはこれに相当する知識・能力を有する。
（３）上記業務を遂行可能な高い英語力（TOEIC900相当以上）を有する。
＜望ましい経験・資格等＞
・英米ロースクール留学・駐在等の海外経験
・弁護士事務所から大手企業への出向・常駐経験
・英語以外の外国語能力（中国語・ポルトガル語・スペイン語）
