■業務内容
・海外現地の営業或いは代理店の営業と、当社日本の工場の間い位置し、海外顧客からの新規引合対応、見積作成～受注、納期対応、製品出荷、入金までのフォローします。
・海外出張はありませんが、海外顧客が来日した際の来客対応、或いは工場参観のアテンド対応業務が不定期で発生します。
・また週次/月次で海外顧客とWeb会議を行うケースが頻繁に発生します。
・ポジション的にはアカウントマネージャーとインサイドセールスの中間のような役割ではありますが、将来のビジネス拡大及び営業力強化のため、積極的な姿勢で業務していただける方を望みます。
■本ポジションでのやりがい
顧客毎に形状、材質など一品一葉の要求があるため手間がかかりますが、メーカーとしての醍醐味を味わうことができます。技術チームを交え、海外現地営業担当者及びお客様とのWeb会議も英語で実施されます。
国内/海外の社内関係者と連携してお客様のサポートにあたるため、過不足ないコミュニケーションを意識する必要はありますが、それを経て課題を乗り越えられる経験を積むことができます。

Required Skills
【必須要件】
■英語を使ってのコミュニケーション能力（メール/会話 目安:TOEIC 800）
■営業経験3年以上（商材不問）
■MS:Outlook、Word、Excel、PPTが適度に使えること
【歓迎条件】
■半導体業界での勤務経験
■外資系企業での勤務経験
■貿易実務の知識
■メーカーでの営業経験3年以上（商材不問）
