Background to Recruitment:
Fill a vacant position in Corporate Compliance function to enhance company wide compliance and governance
職務内容:
・日本および主要諸外国における関連法令等の情報収集・調査、自社への影響分析と対応策の検討・実行
・国内外グループにおける情報管理体制の強化(既存プロジェクト等への参画含む)
・法務コンプライアンス視点でのコンプライアンス推進・インシデント対応
・コンプライアンスの実効性・効率性向上を通じた現場の課題解決支援
・Rocheとの連携や海外グループ会社の統制・支援を含むグローバル対応
Description of Work:
・Collection of information and investigation on relevant laws and regulations in Japan and other major countries analysis of the impact on the company and consideration and implementation of measures
・Strengthening information management system (including involvement in the on going information governance project)
・Promotion of compliance and incident response from the legal and compliance perspective
・Support for the 1st line divisions to solve the issues through the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance
・Global operations including collaboration with Roche and control/ support of overseas subsidiaries

求める経験:
・企業法務・コンプライアンスの実務経験3年以上(クロスボーダービジネス経験があればなお可)
・企業におけるグローバルコンプライアンス体制の構築(情報管理)
・組織横断業務あるいはプロジェクトにおけるリーダー(マネジメント経験あればなお可)
Desired Experience:
・Over 3 years practical experience in corporate legal and compliance environment. Experiences at non Japanese businesses a plus.
・Experience in establishment of global compliance management system in the company (Information Management)
・Leader position in cross functional operations or projects
Experience in management position a plus

・Business level English (TOEIC 800 plus)
