・ゲストからのリクエストへの対応
・VIPゲストの対応、顧客満足度の向上
・クオリティチェック
・運営部門上の目標及び計数（売上等各種数値作成等）管理
・各種マニュアル作成
・スタッフの採用選考及びトレーニング、人材育成、勤怠管理、シフト作成等
・支配人サポート、その他業務
