■Roles and Responsibilities
・日本における内部統制チームのマネジメント（該当する場合）
・グローバル本社指示・ガイドラインに従い、日本におけるInternal Control Standards （ICS）テスト活動を計画・実行
・グローバル本社方針に基づいた、内部統制の点検・評価計画の立案
・業務プロセスやチェック体制が適切に機能しているかの確認（設計面・運用面の両方）
・点検結果の取りまとめ、改善提案の作成およびマネジメントへの報告
・各部門（現場）に対する内部統制に関するアドバイス、教育・トレーニングの実施
・国内外関係部門（APAC・グローバル本部、シェアードサービス部門）との連携、調整
・グループICS（内部統制評価・テスト）ツールにおいて役割を担い、日本のユーザーをトレーニング
・業務改善、特別プロジェクトへの参画

・US GAAP
・US SOX J SOXまたはICSの経験
・プレッシャーのかかる環境および不確実性の中で成果を出した経験
・限られたリソースの中で、より良い成果を出す工夫・改善
