（報酬制度、ストックオプション制度、従業員持株会、人材マネジメントプログラム、AI活用による生産性向上等）
・グローバルガイドライン・政策設計のための情報収集
・従業員からの問合せ対応、人件費管理（経理・税務との連携）
・その他、特命業務
※チーム内での業務PJTおよびチームを超えて配置などで実行するPJTへの参加やプロジェクトマネジメントをお願いする事もあります。
