Job Description
Revenue・Reservations 部門を統括し、価格設定やチャネル最適化、在庫管理、新たな収益機会の創出など収益向上に関わる業務を推進します。
また、各種レポートと分析を行い、データの整合性を保ちながら、各部署と連携してRevenue Management 文化の定着を図ります。

職務内容
- EAM/CD と共に Revenue・Reservations 部門を管理
- 収益最大化を目的として、価格設定、ホテルのポジショニング手順、ベストプラクティスを実施
- 新たな収益機会を特定し、戦略的な施策を推進
- ビジネスの方向性・戦略に基づき、販売経路を最適化・拡大
- ホテルの戦略に沿って在庫を管理
