タイの生産拠点の製造部門にて、ローカルスタッフと協業で製造現場の管理、改善、新規立ち上げ等の業務および、部門マネージメントを行っていただきます。
【具体的には】
・アルミダイカスト及び精密加工工程の工程管理、改善、新規立ち上げ業務
・設備保全業務
・客先への製品デザインレビュー
・人材育成 等
【製品】
自動車部品、特にステアリング周辺の部品。加工法はアルミダイカスト手法。
