Duties/仕事内容

As an International Sales Executive in the Sales & Marketing Department, you will be responsible for international sales operations. 

・Implement all sales action plans related to assigned market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
・Attend major travel-related functions (e.g. trade shows and promotional events) relevant to assigned markets and report accordingly to the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM). 
・Proactively source new business opportunities within assigned markets through daily sales activities. 
・Establish and maintain up-to-date information on major active accounts within assigned market areas. 
・Closely follow up on all business leads, assigned projects and duties, and regularly update the DOSM on progress.

セールス＆マーケティング部 インターナショナルセールスエグゼクティブとして、海外営業業務を担当していただきます。 

・マーケティングプランに基づき、担当市場に関するすべての営業アクションプランを実行する
・担当市場に関連する主要な旅行関連イベント（展示会、プロモーションイベント等）に参加し、必要に応じてDOSM（セールス＆マーケティング部長）へ報告する
・日々の営業活動を通じて、担当市場における新規ビジネスチャンスを積極的に開拓する
・担当市場内の主要アクティブアカウントに関する最新情報を確立・維持する
・ビジネスリード、担当プロジェクトおよび業務の進捗を適切にフォローし、定期的にDOSMへ報告する

【勤務時間】

但し、業務上の必要があるときはこれを変更することがある。 
コアタイム 午前11時から午後3時まで

【応募条件/REQUIREMENTS 】

・Good command of written and spoken English with conversational level of Japanese; Spanish and/or Arabic proficiency is an advantage. 
・Able to perform duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner. 
・Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maximize hotel profitability across all revenue streams. 
・Experience in implementing sales action plans for assigned markets, particularly for luxury consortia, MICE, and overseas group business. 
・Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the luxury market; knowledge of Delphi and Opera systems is desirable. 
・Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player. 
・Holding a valid visa that permits employment in Japan. 

・会話レベルの日本語力を有し、英語での読み書き・会話が堪能な方 
　※スペイン語またはアラビア語（または両方）ができれば尚可
・責任感を持ち、業務をタイムリーかつ効率的に遂行できる方
・高い交渉力を発揮し、ホテルの収益最大化に貢献できる方
・担当市場において、特にLuxury Consortia、MICE、海外グループ案件に関する営業活動の経験がある方
・セールス経験1年以上（特にラグジュアリーマーケットでの経験があれば尚可） 
　※DelphiおよびOperaの知識・使用経験があれば望ましい
・良好な対人関係を築ける、チームワークを大切にできる方
・日本で就業可能な有効なビザを既に保有している方
