Deskside Support Engineer – Senior Level
職務概要
エンドユーザー向けに、ITデスクサイドおよびオンサイトサポートを提供するポジションです。
PC、周辺機器、OS、業務アプリケーション、ネットワークに関する問い合わせや障害対応を担当します。
本ポジションは6年以上の実務経験を有するシニアレベルエンジニアを対象とし、
高い技術力と対応力を活かして、最高水準のユーザーサポートを提供していただきます。
主な業務内容
エンドユーザーからのIT問い合わせ対応（オンサイト／リモート）
PC（Windows / Mac）、プリンタ、モバイルデバイスの高度なサポート
OS、Microsoft 365、業務アプリケーションのトラブルシューティング
チケット管理システムを用いたインシデント／リクエスト管理
IT資産管理（PCキッティング、交換、廃棄対応）
日本語・英語でのユーザー対応および技術ドキュメント作成
L1エンジニアへの技術支援・エスカレーション対応
シニアエンジニアとしての役割
複雑な障害の調査、原因分析、解決までのリード
問題管理および再発防止策の立案・実行
サーバー、ネットワーク、Active Directory、Intune等の基本対応
サポート品質向上に向けた改善提案
