フロントエンドのテックリードとして、日本最大級のオンライン金融スクールの UI/UX 部分を牽引し、アーキテクチャ設計から運用まで幅広く担当します。
技術選定やチーム形成、バックエンドと連携したサービス構築を通じて、事業成長に直接貢献するポジションです。

職務内容
・主要サービスのWeb UI/UX 開発の主導（要件定義〜設計〜実装〜運用）。
・技術選定やフロントエンドチームの組成・強化。
・バックエンドとの協業を含むシステム全体設計・改善。
・モダンフレームワーク（React, Vue 等）・TypeScript を活用した開発。
・AI 開発支援ツール（ChatGPT / Copilot 等）を積極活用した効率的な開発推進。
