HR Consultant (Japanese Speaking – JLPT N2+)
Location: Bangkok
Working condition: Hybrid working
Our client, a leading international organization, is seeking an experienced HR Consultant with strong Japanese language skills to support HR operations and advisory projects across the region.
Responsibilities
Provide HR advisory and coordination support to Japanese and multinational stakeholders
Handle HR operations: recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and HR reporting
Support HR projects and ensure smooth communication with Japanese clients or internal teams
Qualifications
JLPT N2 or above (required)
3–5 years of experience or above in HR, HR consulting, recruitment, or related fields
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast‑moving, client-focused environment
