HR Consultant (Japanese Speaking – JLPT N2+)

Location: Bangkok

Our client, a leading international organization, is seeking an experienced HR Consultant with strong Japanese language skills to support HR operations and advisory projects across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and coordination support to Japanese and multinational stakeholders

• Handle HR operations: recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and HR reporting

• Support HR projects and ensure smooth communication with Japanese clients or internal teams

Qualifications

• JLPT N2 or above (required)

• 3–5 years of experience or above in HR, HR consulting, recruitment, or related fields

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, client-focused environment
