POSITION SUMMARY
This role plays a central part in driving company‑wide transformation initiatives and supporting strategic management operations. The position offers the opportunity to influence organizational direction while remaining hands‑on in executing key projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and occasionally lead initiatives that enhance business management processes and drive organizational transformation across multiple departments.
Contribute as a core team member in developing group-wide management programs and regional collaboration efforts.
Manage end‑to‑end project activities, including planning, scoping, requirement gathering, implementation, and deployment.
Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and report updates to stakeholders proactively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate stakeholder impact, assess change readiness, and support effective execution.
Develop data‑driven recommendations and assist in implementing solutions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to manage both hands‑on and hands‑off responsibilities depending on project needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Experience supporting or leading multi‑stream projects, including business modelling and strategic initiatives.
Skilled in analyzing key performance metrics and providing insights to improve programs or processes.
Capable of coordinating with matrixed teams and assessing change impacts in complex environments.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to organizational improvement and ongoing transformation
SALARY USD $63,180 – $78,976
