Job Description
物流サービスを展開する企業にて、ジャカルタ郊外の物流拠点の運営管理ポジションの募集です。
同社は入出荷作業から在庫管理、安全管理、業務改善まで、物流の各領域を総合的に担っており、製造業を中心とした企業のサプライチェーンを支えています。
本ポジションでは、倉庫運営の最前線でマネジメントに携わりながら、効率性・安全性・品質向上を追求できるなど、現場改善に直接貢献できるエキサイティングな環境が整っています。
職務内容
- 入荷・出荷作業の管理
- 在庫管理（棚卸、在庫精度の確認など）
- 倉庫レイアウトおよびロケーション管理
- スタッフのシフト作成および作業指示
- 安全管理・設備点検、倉庫管理システムの基本操作
- 作業効率化やコスト削減などの業務改善
- 予実管理や業績予測などの業績管理
- その他物流拠点運営に付随する業務
- 英語での日常会話が可能な方
- インドネシア語ができれば歓迎
- 倉庫管理または物流拠点運営管理の経験
- 部下マネジメントの経験
- 予実管理や業績管理（有れば歓迎）
- 給与：手取り IDR 30,000,000〜40,000,000（経験に応じて決定）
- 宗教手当（THR）支給
