・WEBトータルソリューション、エンジニアリングサービス、システムサポート、3つのグループの融合によりシステム・デザイン・インフラまでのワンストップサービスを提供しているIT企業でのお仕事になります。
・今回は、外資系メーカーで利用されているIT機器の障害一次対応を行っていただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
・IT製品の障害が発生した際の受付から完了までのお客様対応サポート
関係各所や開発元が海外ベンダーのため、英語でのメールを主体とした問い合わせを実施してもらうこともあります。
※研修体制が充実しているので未経験者でも学べる環境が整っています。
※外勤中も上司のきめ細やかなフォローがあり、将来のビジョンに向かって着実に進んで行くことができます。
