グローバルに展開する臨床研究会社にて、日本国内で進行中の臨床試験をサポートする**Clinical Research Associate（CRA）**を募集しています。
本ポジションは、臨床開発分野での実務経験が浅い方、またはこれからCRAとしてキャリアを築いていきたい方に適したポジションです。グローバルCRO環境の中で成長できる機会があります。

主な業務内容

• 試験立ち上げからクローズアウトまでの施設管理業務のサポート

• 試験進捗、被験者登録状況、症例データの管理・確認

• プロトコル、EDC、各種システムに関する問い合わせ対応

• 医療機関との連絡調整、文書レビュー、モニタリングレポート作成補助

• 治験薬の管理サポートおよび試験終了手続きの補助

応募要件

• 理系またはライフサイエンス系の学歴・バックグラウンド

• 未経験歓迎（エントリーレベル）

• Microsoft Teams、Microsoft Office、および臨床試験業務に関する基礎知識

• 英語での基本的な文書作成・読解スキル（読み書き中心）

Overview

A global clinical research company is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support ongoing clinical trials in Japan. This role is suited for a CRA with early hands-on experience who is looking to grow within a global CRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support site management activities from study start-up through close-out
• Track trial progress, enrollment status, and case data
• Respond to protocol, EDC, and system-related inquiries
• Assist with site communication, documentation review, and monitoring reports
• Support investigational product tracking and trial close-out activities

Requirements

• Science or life sciences background
• Entry level (No experience applicants welcome!)
• Basic knowledge of Teams, Microsoft Office and clinical trial processes
• Basic English documentation skills (Writing and documentation preferred)
