HR Business Partner / HR Manager
A strategic HR role partnering closely with business leaders and employees
Job Description
You will act as a strategic HR partner supporting the business across core HR areas including employee relations recruitment performance management and payroll governance.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving people and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
・Develop HR policies and implement best practices
・Manage employee relations working conditions and compliance
・Drive performance management and talent development processes
・Lead recruitment strategy execution and vendor management
・Monitor recruitment metrics and improve efficiency and cost
・Support workforce planning and capability building with line managers
・Oversee payroll accuracy internal controls and compliance
・Plan and support training and organizational development initiatives
・Act as a trusted advisor to both business leaders and employees

Requirements
・Solid HR generalist experience including ER recruitment performance management and payroll coordination
・Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
・High level of confidentiality and professionalism
・Excellent organizational and time management skills
・Proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience with SAP HR systems
・Business level English proficiency
・Experience partnering closely with line managers
・Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
