営業 カスタマーサクセス エンジニアリングチームの橋渡し役として 技術的な視点から課題解決を支援する役割です。
主な業務内容
・営業 カスタマーサクセスチームからの技術的問い合わせ対応
・製品理解をもとにした技術的な解決策 提案
・エンジニアリングチームと他部門間のコミュニケーション支援
・製品に関する技術情報を分かりやすくまとめたドキュメント作成
・社内プロセスや運用に関するドキュメント整備
・技術情報の共有およびナレッジ蓄積

Job Description
You will support internal teams by responding to technical inquiries and facilitating communication between engineering and business functions.
This role focuses on solving problems through technical insight while contributing to clear documentation and efficient internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
・Respond to technical inquiries from sales and customer success teams
・Propose solutions based on technical understanding of products
・Facilitate communication between engineering and internal stakeholders
・Create easy to understand technical documentation
・Prepare documentation related to internal processes and operations

Requirements
・Business level Japanese for internal communication and documentation
・Experience as a support engineer or in a technical support role
・Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical audiences
・Collaborative mindset to work across teams

・Experience with cloud services
・Business level English communication skills
・Experience creating technical or operational documentation
・Interest in supporting internal operations and improving processes
