8+ years in sales/business development, with proven success in the Japanese market.
Strong track record in selling engineering services, product development, manufacturing automation, plant engineering, electronics design, IoT, and embedded systems.
Deep understanding of Japan’s industrial sectors (machinery, industrial products, off-highway, agricultural
equipment, automation).
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
Expertise in lead generation, RFQ handling, proposal development, and PO conversion.
