A global travel technology company is seeking an Operations Manager to support the rollout and stable operation of transportation and mobility products in the Japan market. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution, operational stability, and cross-border coordination, working closely with both local teams and global stakeholders. It is an ideal opportunity for professionals with platform or marketplace operations experience who want visible impact in a growing business line.

• Support the operational rollout and daily stability of transportation products on the platform.
• Act as a coordination bridge between local teams in Japan and global stakeholders.
• Monitor forecasts, supply readiness, and operational performance to ensure smooth execution.
• Improve internal processes and workflows to increase speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Support issue resolution related to inventory, systems, and cross-team dependencies.

必須条件経験・資格：

• オペレーション、プラットフォーム運用、社内調整業務などの実務経験3年以上
• インターネット企業、EC、マーケットプレイス、OTA、またはプラットフォームビジネスでの経験

• 様々なステークホルダーと連携できる実務能力
• 主体性、オーナーシップ意識
• 課題解決力
• 細部への注意力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
• 中国語：ビジネスレベル（業務での使用機会あり）

• BtoC向けデジタルプラットフォームの運用経験
• 交通・モビリティ・トラベルテック領域への関心または実務経験
• 旅行が好きな方歓迎

• 3+ years of experience in operations, platform operations, or internal coordination roles.
• Experience in internet companies, e-commerce, marketplaces, OTA, or platform businesses.

• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level
• English: Intermediate to Business level
• Chinese: Business level

• Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms.
• Exposure to transportation, mobility, or travel technology businesses.
