• 日本法人の本部、及び小売店舗のネットワークインフラの新規導入・更改プロジェクトの推進
• 通信事業者・ベンダーのパフォーマンス管理、およびSLA遵守状況の監督
• 障害対応・インシデント対応・原因分析（SMEとして）
• 新店舗オープン、移転、閉店のための社内外調整
• ネットワーク機器のリフレッシュ計画管理、保守契約更新、ベンダー交渉のリード
• パッチ適用、アップグレード、SIEMアラート対応など、インフラの安定性及びセキュリティの確保
• 運用ドキュメントの整備、パートナーへのナレッジトランスファーの実施

A global retail and consumer goods group is seeking a Haken Network Engineer to support and enhance network infrastructure across corporate offices and retail stores in Japan. This role focuses on network implementation, operations, and stability, working closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and global stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable network environments for a fast-moving retail business.

• Oversee and implement new network infrastructure projects for corporate offices and retail locations across Japan
• Manage service providers and monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to support store openings, relocations, and closures
• Track IT hardware refresh cycles, manage maintenance renewals, and lead vendor negotiations
• Ensure network stability and security through regular patching, upgrades, and SIEM alert resolution
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer with partners and stakeholders

必須条件経験・資格：

• ネットワークインフラ構築・運用の実務経験5年以上
• Fortinet、Cisco、MPLS、VPN、ルーティングに関する技術的な専門知識
• Microsoft系の技術やインフラ全般の知識（Active Directory、DNSなど）
• クラウドネットワークに関する実務知識
• 複数拠点・エンタープライズ環境のサポート経験（小売業界経験歓迎）

• Check Point、Forcepoint、Palo Altoなどのファイアウォール経験
• AWSクラウドネットワークまたはNutanixの知識
• 小売業界でのIT・ネットワーク経験
• ITSM（変更管理など）に関する基本的な理解

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure implementation and operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions, Cisco networks, MPLS, VPN, and routing
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and general IT infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS)
• Working knowledge of cloud networking technologies
• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site environments, ideally within retail

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and handle high-pressure situations diplomatically
• Ability to make decisions and deliver tasks with minimal supervision
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to exceeding expectations
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly and handle complex technical challenges under pressure

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level (spoken and written)

• Experience with Check Point, Forcepoint, or Palo Alto firewalls
• Knowledge of AWS cloud networking or Nutanix
• Previous experience working in the retail industry
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Change Management
