日本の食品貿易会社が、サンフランシスコ支店にて、営業担当者を募集しています。このポジションでは、顧客との強固な関係を構築・維持することに重点を置いており、営業プロセスへの確かな理解と優れた対人スキルが成功の鍵となります。担当エリア内の既存顧客を管理し、全体的な売上拡大に貢献していただきます。
職務内容
顧客先を訪問し、関係を維持・強化しながらビジネスを拡大する
自社製品を販売し、質の高いカスタマーサービスを提供する
営業計画、価格設定、製品プロモーションを理解し実行する
経理、物流、オペレーションなど社内チームと連携し、営業目標を達成する
営業活動や市場からのフィードバックを定期的に報告する
棚卸作業やその他の割り当てられた業務を支援する
応募要件
中国語、日本語、または韓国語と英語のバイリンガル能力必須
ビジネス、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号
食品貿易業界での営業経験が1〜2年以上（優遇）
Microsoftアプリケーション（Word、Excel、Access、PowerPoint）の操作に習熟していること
優れたコミュニケーション能力と会話力
複数の業務を時間制約の中で管理できる高い組織力と優先順位付けスキル
