Roles and responsibilities: -
Develop and execute L&D strategy aligned with business goals
Design competency frameworks for career progression and capability building
Implement and govern Learning Management System (LMS)
Drive leadership development programs for senior, mid, and emerging leaders
Manage HiPo identification, talent reviews, and succession planning
Develop Rewards and Recognition programs aligned with values and performance
Lead GPTW certification initiatives and action planning
Measure learning impact and ROI through feedback and metrics
Foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership involvement
Support employee engagement and retention through development initiatives
