Job Description
- Serve as the primary Employee Relations point of contact for all female employees, ensuring accessible and reliable support.
- Address grievances and creche‑related concerns with sensitivity, confidentiality, and timely resolution.
- Conduct regular shop‑floor interactions to strengthen engagement, build trust, and proactively identify employee concerns.
- Support and facilitate disciplinary procedures involving female employees in alignment with company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR teams and key stakeholders to drive employee welfare initiatives and enhance the overall workplace experience.
