高度な照明技術を提供する大手日系メーカーにて、セールスコーディネーター（Trading Administrator）を募集します。
ペナン拠点では特に半導体産業を中心に事業展開しており、海外工場との連携も多いポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
輸出入業務に関するセールスアドミニストレーション全般
海外工場からシンガポール、タイ、マレーシア、フィリピン、日本、オセアニアへの輸出業務管理
PO（Purchase Order）、DO（Delivery Order）、Invoice、Packing List の作成および処理
通関業務の調整、フォワーダーや関連当局との連携
必要書類の準備・管理および納期調整
社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション
【応募資格】
学歴：Diploma（短大・専門学校相当） 以上
言語スキル：英語、中文（Mandarin）、マレー語：ビジネスレベル
Microsoft Officeの操作に習熟
高いコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
自主的・前向きに業務へ取り組める方
【歓迎】
- ロジスティクス（物流）分野の実務経験
- Incotermsに関する理解
- ERPシステムの使用経験または知識
