Job Description
インドネシアに拠点を置く鉄鋼製品などを取り扱う商社にて、営業・営業サポートポジションの募集です。
同社は自動車・製造業を中心に幅広い顧客へ商材を提供しており、現地企業・日系企業双方との取引に強みを持ちます。候補者の適性に応じて営業活動から社内業務まで幅広く関わることができ、裁量の大きい環境で成長を実感できる点が特徴です。
また、海外拠点との連携や出張の機会もあり、グローバルな商社ビジネスに携わるチャンスがあります。
職務内容
- 日系およびローカル企業への営業活動
- 鉄鋼製品を中心とした新規顧客開拓および既存顧客フォロー
- 仕入れ先のリサーチ・開拓
- インドネシア人営業チームのサポートおよび簡易マネジメント
- 日本人マネジメント層のサポート業務
- その他の社内業務全般
応募要件
- 営業経験不問（新卒も応募可能）
- 自動車業界または鉄鋼関連の経験があれば優遇
- 英語またはインドネシア語での業務遂行が可能な方
- 長期的にインドネシアで勤務する意志のある方
- 積極的に顧客・サプライヤー開拓に取り組める方
- 月給：IDR 20,000,000〜25,000,000
- THR（宗教手当）1ヶ月＋業績連動ボーナス
- 交通費支給（通勤距離に応じる）
- 住宅手当：応相談
- 健康保険：医療費の最大90％を会社負担（上限：給与1.5ヶ月分）
- 雇用形態：1年更新の契約社員
- 勤務時間：8:00〜17:00（フレックスあり）
- 選考プロセス：現地法人での一次面接 → 日本本社の二次面接
