PR/123530 | Senior Project Manager - Construction

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the areas of interior design, architecture engineering, civil engineering.

• Energetic and polished individual with prior experience working with government.

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction from scratch. 5-star hotel and/or luxury residential experience is a must!

• Prior experience managing successful projects with values ranging from IDR 5B – IDR 10B +

• Experience with high-end architectural + millwork packages.

• Prior experience leading and overseeing multiple concurrent projects (3–4 projects at a time), with proven ability to delegate and manage Project Managers and Site Managers.

   

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project from beginning to the end, including Budget Plan & Cost (RAB), schedules, work methods, manpower, and materials.

• Ensure the Budget Plan and Cost (RAB) are in accordance with the approved budget.

• Monitor project schedules, progress, and site issues, and conduct evaluation, supervision, and reporting.

• Oversee and evaluate the work of Project Managers and Site Managers.

• Perform overall evaluation of project implementation.

• Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
