職務内容- 日本側の品質保証部門からの指示内容を正確に理解し、現地工場へ展開・フォロー
- 工場全体の品質管理および検査基準に基づく運用管理
- 製品クレーム発生時の原因分析および関係者との調整・対応
- 顧客との品質に関するコミュニケーション対応
- 品質改善に関する取り組みの整理およびレポート作成・報告
- 新しい知識を前向きに吸収し、主体的に行動できる姿勢
- 読解力・要点を整理して伝える言語化能力
- 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
- 英語での日常会話レベルの語学力
- インドネシア語での会話を学ぶ意欲
- 海外留学または海外居住経験があれば歓迎
- 品質管理に関する知識・経験不問（入社後のキャッチアップが可能）
- 想定年収：IDR 25,000,000 ～ 35,000,000（手取／経験により応相談）
- THR（宗教手当）支給

- 勤務時間：月～金 8:00～17:00（休憩60分）
