- プレス・成形・金属加工に関する生産技術・製造・品質を一貫してマネジメント
- 金属加工金型またはプラスチック金型に関する技術領域の統括
- 現場の生産性向上、品質安定化、改善活動の推進
- ローカルスタッフと信頼関係を築き、伴走型での技術指導・育成
- 現地組織との連携強化および工場運営全般の最適化
- プレス、成形、金属加工いずれかの技術領域での実務経験
- 金属加工の金型技術またはプラスチック金型技術の知見
- 製造・品質管理を一連で理解し、統括できるスキル
- ローカルスタッフと信頼関係を築き、伴走できる柔軟なコミュニケーションスタイル
- 技術指導や組織育成に前向きに取り組める方
- 語学不問（英語・インドネシア語ができれば尚可だが必須ではない）
- 月給：Rp40,000,000〜（手取り／経験・現待遇に応じて幅広く検討）
- THR（宗教大祭手当）：1ヶ月分

- 勤務時間：月〜金 8:00〜17:00（休憩1時間）
