指定された業務のサポート、電話対応およびメールでのやり取り
日本語および英語による文書翻訳
一般的な事務・オペレーション業務のサポート
月次データの入力およびその他の臨時業務の対応
【求める人材像】
言語要件：日本語・英語ともに必須（日本人患者向けに通訳を必要とするため）
職務経験：カスタマーサービスの実務経験（3年以上）
コミュニケーション能力：優れた対人対応力およびコミュニケーションスキル
PCスキル：Microsoft Office（Word / Excel / Outlook 等）の基本操作が可能
業務遂行能力：優れた整理能力および時間管理能力
チームワーク：協調性があり、マルチタスクが可能なチームプレイヤー
歓迎条件：医療分野での勤務経験があれば尚
【就業時間】
公式勤務時間（Official Working Hours）月曜日～金曜日 09:00 ～ 18:00
公式昼休憩時間（Official Lunch Hours）13:00 ～ 14:00
