- EBSを用いた受注入力・修正、EDI取り込み確認、出荷指示
- 納期調整や遅延対応を含むオーダーフロー全体の管理
- 返品処理（営業・倉庫との連携）、在庫状況の更新・共有
- 顧客・商品・価格などのマスタデータ設定・保守
- 売掛金調整（AR）、月次での入金ギャップ確認
- トレードショー対応（B2Bモジュール設定、受注取りまとめ）
- リテール・eCom・CXチームとのクロスファンクション連携
