職務内容
- 社内ユーザー向けの一次対応（PC・アプリの基本トラブルシュート）
- ノートPCのセットアップ（OSインストール、リセット、クリーニング）
- Microsoft365、Intune、Teams、Jiraなどの利用サポート
- チケット管理システムでの問い合わせ記録・整理
- プリンタ設定やWord/Excelの基本トラブル対応、ITチームのフロントデスク業務
